Neurotoxicity is one of the common side effects anticancer chemotherapy. This pathology has a detectability 38–90%. In some cases, it causes not only significant decrease life quality but also dose cytostatics. Therefore, tasks early diagnosis, prevention and treatment neurotoxicity are very relevant. Sensors underlying detection, especially neuroinflammation processes, needed to develop an effective therapy for chemotherapy-induced neurotoxicity. The purpose this topic study results chemotherapy studies on changes in activity proinflammatory cytokines. regard, behavioral societies neuropathic pain animal models great importance. It was revealed that various manifestations inflammation pro-inflammatory cytokines, chemokines, damage dorsal ganglion or distal nerve endings increasingly being detected. Detection chemically induced peripheral neuropathy using necessary in-depth identification cause-and-effect mechanisms its development selection new, more methods treatment.
